We're looking for volunteers to ensure our swim meets and year run smoothly! Your support is invaluable, and we truly couldn't do it without you.

Officials
Front Row to seat to all the ACTION!! Training is available and is needed by the beginning of October.
Safety Marshalls
A volunteer official responsible for identifying and addressing safety issues to prevent injuries from start to finish of the swim meet. YES, you get to wear the gorgeous yellow vest!
Fundraising Coordinator
Dive in and lead our swim & dive team fundraising efforts, making waves to support our athletes’ success!
Timers
**Head Timer**: The Head Timer assists the Lane Timers by starting two additional stopwatches at the beginning of each race.
**Lane Timer**: No previous experience is required! Two timers are needed for each lane to operate the stopwatch and the manual plunger.
Hospitaility
During MWHS Swim and Dive-hosted meets, we need to feed our wonderful coaches and amazing officials.
Special Events
Volunteer to host and/or help with team events, team Christmas party, team pasta party, end of season banquet.
Runners
A runner serves as a messenger and deliverer of the paperwork, collecting timing sheets and taking them to the scoring table and other officials.
Photography
You don't have to be a professional; just be willing to take some pictures of our very talented athletes and coaches on deck.
Team Website
Assist in maintaining and managing the team website.
